Controller and contact

The controller is Krystian Brzeski, who runs the Zentudia project. For questions about personal data or a waitlist entry, write to kontakt@zentudia.pl.

Data and purpose

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your consent, and limited technical data needed to protect the form from abuse. We use this information only to manage the waitlist and send a launch update. Consent is the legal basis for processing your email address (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients and retention

Infrastructure and technical service providers working on the controller’s behalf may process the data. We keep your entry until you withdraw consent or the waitlist ends, then delete it subject to legal obligations. We do not use your address for advertising or a newsletter.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent at any time, request access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and complain to your data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Changes

This notice covers only the waitlist form. We will update it if our data practices change.
